Frequently asked questions

Answers before you request an estimate.

These are general answers. Your written proposal controls the exact scope, schedule, price and terms for your property.

Do you provide landscape design?

We develop practical project layouts and material recommendations for the work we install. Complex engineered plans, structural design or formal architectural drawings may require another professional.

Can you renovate an existing landscape?

Yes. Renovation can include removing overgrown plants, redefining beds, correcting grades, replacing materials and installing a lower-maintenance layout.

How do I choose mulch, stone or edging?

We compare appearance, maintenance, drainage, site use and installed cost. The proposal identifies the selected material so substitutions are not a surprise.

Do you handle grading and drainage with landscaping?

Yes. Water movement should be considered before beds, lawns and hard materials are finished. Larger drainage systems are scoped separately when needed.

Will you contact the HOA or obtain permits?

The property owner is responsible for approvals unless the written proposal specifically assigns that work to us. We can provide project information needed for an application.

How long will the project take?

Duration depends on scope, access, materials, weather and discoveries below grade. The estimate provides expectations, but outdoor construction schedules can move with conditions.

What is included in cleanup?

The proposal defines hauling, disposal, final grading and restoration. We clean the work area, but unrelated debris or improvements outside the scope are not automatically included.

Do plants have a warranty?

Any plant warranty and care requirements are stated in writing. New plants require proper watering; properties without working irrigation may receive limited warranty coverage.
