Should I repair or replace my sprinkler system?
Isolated broken heads, valves, wiring or controller problems are often repairable. Redesign makes more sense when failures are widespread, coverage is fundamentally poor or the landscape has changed.
Why is one zone not working?
Possible causes include programming, wiring, a failed solenoid or valve, low pressure, a closed flow control or damaged pipe. Zone testing is needed to isolate it.
Why does a zone keep running?
A stuck valve, debris or an electrical fault can keep a zone open. Shut off irrigation water if active flooding is occurring and arrange service.
Can you find an underground leak?
We diagnose many leaks through pressure, zone behavior and targeted excavation. Intermittent or deep leaks may take more time, so troubleshooting is based on labor and findings.
